Removing
1. Disconnect the wire "weight" from the battery.
2. Remove the instrument panel, glove box housing and radio mounting panel (see subsection 10.5).
3. Move the heater control lever to the right to the full and drain the liquid from the engine cooling system.
4. Loosen the clamps 7 (see fig. heater) and disconnect rubber hoses 8 for supplying and discharging fluid from the heater pipes.
5. Unscrew inside the engine compartment two bolts securing the seal 9 on the heater radiator pipes and remove the seal.
6. Remove the lining of the heater control levers, unscrew the bolts of the bracket 2, loosen the bolts of the brackets for fastening the shells of flexible rods 5 on the bracket, disconnect the rods and remove the bracket.
7. Turn out screws and remove an air line 1 internal ventilation.
8. Overcoming the resistance of the latches of the housings of the nozzles 10 for heating the side windows, remove the left and right nozzles.
9. Unscrew the fastening nut of the right air duct 4 for heating the side glass, wring out the latches of the damper housing 12 and remove the air duct.
10. Remove the left air duct in the same way.
11. Remove the four spring clips and fan shroud assembly.
12. Unscrew the four nuts securing the radiator shroud, disconnect the wire "weight" under one of the nuts on the left side, remove the radiator shroud and windshield heating air duct 6.
Installation
1. Install the heater in the reverse order.
2. Pay attention to the correct installation of the sealing gasket between the radiator casing and the body.
3. When assembling and installing the heater, adjust the heater control (see subsection 10.7.3).
4. After installing the heater on the car and connecting the hoses, fill the engine cooling system with coolant and check the tightness of the hose connections.
