Remove the brush and disconnect the electrical wires, open the door to failure, turn out the fingers of the stops 6 (see fig. 162) from the threaded holes 5 and remove the stops (while the assistant must support the beast). Unscrew the bolts for fastening the moving links of the hinges 3 and remove the door. If necessary, remove the door trim, lock and wiper.
The door is installed in reverse order. If it is necessary to adjust the door in the opening of the body, loosen the nuts securing the fixed links of the hinges and, due to the enlarged holes in the body, adjust the gaps around the perimeter of the door. At the end of the adjustment, tighten the nuts.
If the tailgate closes too tightly, loosen the fastening of the lock latch and, due to the enlarged holes in the latch, move it in the right direction. Before adjustment, it is recommended to outline the contours of the retainer. At the end of the adjustment, tighten the mounting bolts.
