The drop glass does not lock into position. The cause of the malfunction may be a breakdown of the window lift mechanism spring brake. Replace the window lift.
The hood lock cannot be opened using the handle from inside the car. Causes of malfunction and ways to eliminate them:
- the lock drive rod is broken. Replace the rod;
- the length of the lock drive rod is too long. Adjust the length of the rod using the loop connection with the lock spring.
The hood does not lock. The cause of the malfunction may be a broken or weakened lock spring. Replace the spring.
The synchronicity of the front seat movement mechanism latches is disrupted. The cause of the malfunction may be the deformation of the latch rod. Loosen the nuts securing the front seat brackets to the body floor, tilt the seat back and bend the latch rod in the middle part until the latches operate synchronously. Replace the brackets and seat torsion bars.
The front seat back does not recline forward when the recline mechanism handle is pressed. The cause of the malfunction may be the disconnection of the rod ends from the hooks of the backrest folding mechanism. To fix it, remove the seat, insert the rods into the hooks and bend their ends on the hooks.
Water is leaking into the interior. Causes of malfunction and methods of elimination:
- increased gap between the door and the body along the perimeter of the door. Adjust the position of the door and the door lock retainer. (Adjustments of the door and the lock retainer are described in the section "Doors".);
- the metal frame of the door opening seal is crushed. Replace the seal.

- the heater tap drive is faulty. Check the condition of the tap drive, secure the tap control rod casing, replace the rod if necessary;
- the heater control flap drive is faulty. Check the condition of the flap drive, the fastening of the heater control flap rod, replace the rod if necessary;
- the heater tap does not shut off the flow of liquid. Replace the tap with a new one.
The air entering the cabin is not heated. Causes of malfunction and ways to eliminate them:
- the heater tap does not open due to a faulty tap drive. Check the condition of the drive, secure the rod casing, replace the rod if necessary;
- the tap is faulty. Replace the tap.
