- proceed in the same manner as when bleeding the brakes, but use a hose with a glass tube at the end, which is lowered into a vessel with brake fluid;
- pressing and releasing the brake pedal, pump out the old fluid until fresh fluid appears in the tube; then perform two more full strokes of the brake pedal and, holding it in the depressed position, tighten the fitting. When pumping, monitor the fluid level in the tank and top up the fluid in a timely manner to the maximum level;
- repeat the same operation on each working cylinder in the same order as when pumping;
- fill the tank to the maximum level and check the operation of the brakes while driving.
