1. Maintenance at 15,000 km



It is necessary to check:
  • presence of chips, cracks in the paintwork and body corrosion, damage to the mastic of the wheel arches and the bottom; operation of door and hood locks
  • condition of the front and rear suspension elements, their rubber and rubber-metal hinges, bushings and cushions; condition of steering rods, their protective caps, protective covers of the steering gear, wheel drives, ball joints and gear shift rod joint
  • steering wheel play
  • tightness of cooling systems, power supply and hydraulic brake drive, condition of hoses and tubes
  • coolant level
  • condition and tension of the alternator drive belt
  • level and density of electrolyte in the battery
  • generator operation, lighting, light and sound signaling, control devices, heater, windshield wipers, washers, rear window heating, ignition system
  • performance of headlight corrector
  • operation of the forced idle economizer and carburetor starting device, air filter thermostat
  • presence of extraneous knocks and noises from the engine, clutch, gearbox and front wheel drive shafts
  • efficiency of front and rear brake mechanisms
  • gearbox oil level
  • condition of the timing belt
  • brake fluid level

Routine maintenance work


  • Adjust the tension of the timing belt.
  • Replace the air filter element (for carburetor engines).
  • Adjust idle speed with exhaust gas toxicity control (for carburetor engines).
  • Replace the oil filter and oil in the engine crankcase.
  • Check the condition of the front brake pads.
  • Clean the drainage holes in the thresholds and doors.
  • Lubricate the door hinges.

  • performance of headlight corrector

  • Adjust the tension of the timing belt.
  • Tighten the fastenings of units, components and parts of the chassis and engine.
  • Replace the air filter element.

  • Replace the oil filter and oil in the engine crankcase.
  • Clean and lubricate the battery terminals and clamps.
  • Check the condition of the wheels and tires, balance the wheels and rearrange them according to the diagram.
  • Adjust the front wheel alignment angles.
  • Replace spark plugs.
  • Check the condition of the front brake pads.
  • Check the condition of the rear brake pads.
