"Lada-110" is a five-seater four-door sedan. Modern European design, roomy interior with sufficient equipment, excellent driving characteristics, traditional reliability inherent in "VAZ" models, and unpretentiousness in operation, demonstrated in various regions of the country, justify your hopes. The overall dimensions of the VAZ-2110 are shown in Fig. 1.
This car can be equipped with two engine options. Carburetor with semi-automatic start and warm-up, with a working volume of 1.5 l, providing a power of 53 kW (72 hp). The production of cars with this engine is decreasing every year.
8-valve engine with electronically controlled, multi-point distributed injection (each cylinder has its own injector) and an electronic ignition system, with a working volume of 1.5 liters, providing sufficient performance for this class of cars, with a power of 56 kW (76 hp), with moderate fuel consumption.
Electronically controlled injection makes the engine of the "ten" unrecognizable. It is environmentally friendly and helps reduce the harmful impact of this car on the environment, which opens a "visa" for it to any country in Europe. This suggests that the "tens" have promising prospects. The growth of exports of these cars is justified by the controlled injection with an electronic ignition system, which ensures surprisingly low fuel consumption while maintaining the engine's power indicators.

Performance characteristics
The car's systems are designed in such a way that they ensure reliable operation in temperature ranges from -40°C to +45°C. In this car, you will feel comfortable in any weather conditions. Even in high-altitude conditions, the engine maintains high performance, while the car is able to overcome climbs of 34%. The aerodynamic development of the body is very high. When driving at high speeds, the noise of the air being cut does not tire or interfere with conversation; well, the absence of gutters and the front and rear windows glued into the openings contribute to the silence. They have now become the body's power elements.
The "ten" has impeccable front and rear suspensions. The steering has lost its former tiring sharpness. The cars are equipped with a steering column adjustable for tilt angle. This car has no equal in terms of stability and controllability on the country's roads. The car "holds" the road well with any change in direction.
The added power ensures a quick start, acceleration and confident overtaking in the entire range of engine speeds. The driver, who has driven other models of cars before, will immediately feel the very good coasting of the car. At a speed of 40 km/h it is more than 500 m.
You will feel the convenience of using this car immediately when you get in. The thresholds covered with door seals are no longer at risk of contamination. When entering and exiting, you will no longer be able to stain your trousers and legs when in contact with the threshold.
The car interior speaks of a high level of comfort and wins in aesthetic terms due to the shaped roof upholstery. Fabric and velour upholstery are used in the finishing, and leather can also be used in the finishing.
Well-designed ergonomic features of the driver's workplace allow you to drive a car without feeling tired or having back pain.
The instrument cluster has a tachometer. The keys and buttons are located at the edges of the cluster and on the console in such a way that you can use them without lifting your back from the seat (without changing the working position). There are watches and new systems:
- an on-board monitoring system that signals about open doors, insufficient coolant and oil levels in the engine, fluid in the washer reservoir, etc.;
- automatic heater control system; to maintain the heat in the cabin, you simply need to set the desired temperature using the control knob.
As additional equipment for the interior, the consumer is offered air conditioning, electric windows and rear-view mirror adjustments, central door locking and a security alarm. It is possible to install hydraulic boosters (for some of the cars). A trip computer can be installed in the clock niche.
Lighting devices on the "ten"
Modern lighting technology is effective both in the dark at night and in heavy fog.
Two rear lights, each consisting of an outer and an inner light. The inner light with a red diffuser functions as a brake light and a white light as a reversing warning light. The outer light with a two-color diffuser (red and gray) performs the functions of a side light, fog light, direction indicator, and reflector.
Salon lighting includes two lamps plus glove compartment lighting, trunk lighting; there is an additional socket in the cabin for carrying.
