Removing
1. Drain the coolant from the car (see items 1-7 "Coolant replacement").
2. Remove the air filter (see "Air filter - removal and installation").
3. Having loosened the tightening of the clamps, disconnect the radiator pipe from the cover of the thermostat housing.
4. We also disconnect the pipe of the coolant pump.
5. With a 5 mm hex wrench, unscrew the three bolts securing the thermostat cover.
6. Remove the thermostat cover.
7. If necessary, press the top plate of the thermostat, turn it, disengaging the edges of the plate from engagement with the racks of the thermostat cover.
8. Remove the top plate and rubber sealing ring from the thermostat cover.
We replace the damaged sealing ring of the thermostat cover.
Installation
We install the thermostat and all removed parts on the car in reverse order.
