Removing
1. Drain the coolant from the car (see items 1-7 "Coolant replacement").
2. Remove the radiator cooling fan.
3. Disconnect the steam outlet hose of the engine radiator from the expansion tank.
4. Having loosened the clamp, disconnect the lower radiator pipe.
5. Carefully remove the radiator from the engine compartment.
6. In case of replacing the radiator, remove the steam outlet hose, two rubber supports and the drain plug with gasket from it.
Installation
1. If the radiator was in operation, then before installation, we wash its internal cavity with a stream of water and detergent, clean it and wash it from the outside.
When replacing a radiator, we rearrange rubber supports and a drain plug with a gasket on a new radiator (if they are missing on the new radiator).
2. We install the radiator on the car and all the removed parts in place in the reverse order of removal.
3. We also install the radiator cooling fan in the reverse order of removal, and connect the wiring harness connector.
4. We connect hoses, pipes to the radiator and fill the engine cooling system with liquid (see "Coolant replacement").
5. We start the engine on the car and make sure that there is no leakage of coolant, if necessary, fix the problem.
