Sequence of work execution
1. We are preparing the vehicle for repairs (see point 2a "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four screws securing the air filter cover.
3. Lift the lid.
4. Remove the air filter.
5. Clean the inside of the case from dust.
6. Insert the new filter element into the housing.
Warning: The pleats of the filter element must be positioned along the arrows marked on the inner surface of the air filter housing.
7. Install the air filter cover back into place.
8. Tighten the screws securing the cover.
Recommendation: To ensure that the air filter housing cover tightly compresses the filter element seal, the screws should be tightened evenly by half a turn, in several steps.
