Removal
1. Disconnect the wire terminal from the negative terminal of the battery (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Open the cover of the mounting block (see above, "Mounting block - replacing fuses and relays").
3. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the screw that secures the cover lock retainer.
4. Holding the cover, lift and turn the unit over. Disconnect five wiring harness blocks from the unit.
Note: There is no need to mark the pads. Only two pads have the same dimensions, but they differ in color. There is a red mark on the block body indicating the connection point of the red pad.

5. Using a slotted screwdriver, press the spring clips and remove the relay connector pads attached to the upper end of the mounting block (without removing the relay from the pads).
6. Remove the mounting block.
Installation
We install the mounting block in the reverse order, while connecting the red block to the socket marked with a red mark.
