To carry out the work you will need an inspection pit or overpass.
Removal
1. Prepare the vehicle for work and disconnect the battery (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the intake pipe (see "Intake pipe - removal, gasket replacement and installation").
3. Key by 17 mm unscrew the nut of the lower mount of the left rod (the nut is located above the right front wheel drive).

4. Key by 13 mm unscrew the bolt of the lower mount of the right rod to the cylinder block.

5. Remove the receiver (see "Receiver - removal and installation").
6. Remove the fuel rail (see "Fuel rail of engine 2111 (1.5i)/11183 (1.6i) - removal, disassembly and installation").
7. On engine 2111 (1.5i) key by 13 mm we unscrew the three mounting nuts and remove the bracket.

8. Key by 13 mm we unscrew the two nuts securing the mounting eye and remove it.

9. Key by 13 mm loosen the tightening of the lower bracket mount nut and unscrew the upper bracket mount nut.

10. Move the bracket to the side.

11. Key by 13 mm unscrew the nut of the upper mount of the right rod.

12. Remove the right rod and spacer sleeve from the intake manifold stud.

13. Key by 17 mm we unscrew the nut of the upper mount of the left rod and remove the rod.

14. Key by 13 mm with an extension, unscrew the four nuts of the upper mount and two nuts of the lower mount of the intake manifold and exhaust manifold (for clarity, shown on a removed cylinder head).

15. Remove the intake manifold.

16. Remove the exhaust manifold.

17. Remove the gasket from the studs.

Note: The gasket consists of two parts.

Installation
We install the exhaust manifold and intake manifold in the reverse order, replacing the gasket with a new one.
