- set a gap of 0.1-0.5 mm between the pusher and the piston of the master cylinder (see fig. 61). This gap, necessary for complete disengagement of the clutch, is adjusted by the limiter 14 of the clutch pedal stroke. The gap is determined by the free stroke of the pedal, equal to 0.4-2 mm;
- adjust with nut 5 (see fig. 62) free travel of the working cylinder pusher, equal to 4-5 mm. After adjustment, nut 5 is fixed with lock nut 6. The value of the free travel of the pusher is controlled with a ruler or a special template.
After performing the specified adjustments, the free play of the clutch pedal (before the clutch starts to disengage) should be 25-35 mm.
