Windshield washer pump

The pressure pump and electric motor 1 are fastened with screws to the cover 2.
Removal
1. To remove the pump, disconnect the electrical wires from electric motor 1 and remove the tube from the nozzle of the injection pump.
2. Turn cover 2 with electric motor 1 counterclockwise and remove them from the feed tank assembled with the pressure pump.
Disassembly
1. To disassemble the pump, unscrew the screws, remove the electric motor and cover, and disconnect the liquid supply tube 4.
2. Pry the edge of the rim 8 and remove it together with the filter mesh.
3. Remove coupling 3, then carefully tapping shaft 6 of rotor 9, push out support 7 and remove the shaft with the rotor.
Assembly and installation
Assembly and installation are carried out in reverse order.
