Centering the clutch disc using mandrel A.70081
1 - flywheel; 2 - clutch assembly; 3 - mandrel А.70081
Removing
1. Remove the gearbox first (see subsection 5.2.2).
2. Turn away bolts and remove a cover of coupling in gathering with a press plate. In this case, this assembly must not be lifted by the pressure spring thrust flange.
3. Clean and blow out the clutch pressure and driven plates with compressed air.
Installation
1. The clutch is installed in the reverse order.
2. Check up a condition of the bearing in an end face of a cranked shaft of the engine, if necessary replace the bearing.
3. Check the condition of the splines on the hub of the driven disk and the input shaft of the gearbox, clean the splines and lubricate with a thin layer of grease LSTs-15 or LITOL-24.
4. Position the driven disc with the protruding part of the hub with an annular groove towards the gearbox and center the disc relative to the bearing using drift A.70081, simulating the splined end of the gearbox input shaft (see fig. Centering the clutch disc using mandrel A.70081).
