By compressing the spring of the telescopic thrust of the starting device,..
... disconnect it from the three-arm choke lever.
Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the five screws securing the cover...
... and, holding the gasket, remove it (do not lose the cover screws!).
Turning the cover upside down, we check the tightness of the needle valve. For this rubber pear (or by mouth through a hose attached to the fuel supply fitting) create a vacuum. A faulty or clogged valve does not hold a vacuum - the pear immediately straightens.
We remove the telescopic rod.
With a thin beard we knock out the axis of the float.
Raising the float..
... remove the needle valve from its stop.
Remove the cover gasket.
key «on 10» unscrew the valve seat.
There is a soft metal pad under the saddle.
We examine the cone of the needle - does it have a development (bezel at the point). If there are no signs of wear, flush the valve with the seat (pre-flushing fuel filter) and check again for leaks. We change the faulty and worn valve.
It is possible to restore the valve's performance by slightly increasing the hole in the seat, but this operation requires accuracy, locksmith skills and does not always bring success.
