After loosening the clamp, disconnect the corrugated warm air intake hose from the pipe.
Removing the air filter (see Replacing the air filter element).
key «for 8» unscrew the four nuts securing the air filter housing to the carburetor. In order not to accidentally drop them into the intake manifold, the carburetor can be covered with a clean rag.
We remove the plate.
After loosening the clamp, remove the crankcase ventilation hose from the pipe.
Remove the air filter housing.
After loosening the clamp, remove the fuel supply hose.
Disconnect the tip from the output of the solenoid valve.
key «for 8» loosen the bolt that secures the air damper cable sheath,...
... use a slotted screwdriver to loosen the cable fastening screw while holding the nut with a wrench «on 7»...
... and remove the end of the cable from the holes.
Disconnect the crankcase suction hose.
Prying with a screwdriver with a wide blade, remove the thrust from the throttle actuator lever (see Carburetor Drive Adjustment).
Disconnect the hose of the vacuum ignition timing regulator.
Remove return spring.
Unscrewing the solenoid valve for convenience (see Replacement of the electromagnetic valve of system of idling),...
...the key «at 13» unscrew the four nuts securing the carburetor.
Remove the carburetor from the engine.
Installing a new one (or washed, repaired and adjusted old) carburetor in reverse order of removal. The gasket under the carburetor must be changed to a new one.
Attention! Do not apply great force when tightening the carburetor mounting nuts [tightening torques 6.6–15.4 N.m (0.7–1.6 kgf·m)]. You can damage the mating plane of the carburetor body, made of soft metal.
