Notes:
- Remove the brake drum and brake pads (see subsection 8.2.).
- Replacing the cuffs of the wheel cylinder requires a special tool. Therefore, it is easier to replace the wheel cylinder assembly.
If you notice traces of brake fluid leakage on the brake drum and the inside of the wheel, replace the wheel cylinder.
1. Turn away the union of fastening of the pipeline to the wheel cylinder. Muffle the opening of the pipeline, then unscrew the two mounting bolts and remove the wheel cylinder.
2. Install the wheel cylinder in the reverse order of removal. Then bleed the brake mechanism of the wheel being repaired.
