Removing
1. We prepare the car for repair work.
2. Remove the wire terminal from the negative battery terminal.
3. Remove the lining of the trunk lid.
4. Squeezing the latches, disconnect the wire connector from the wiper motor-reducer.
5. Raise the decorative cover.
6. Using a 10 mm wrench, loosen the nut securing the wiper arm. We leave the nut on several turns of thread.
7. Using sliding pliers, we loosen the fit of the lever on the shaft of the gear motor.
8. Having unscrewed the nut, remove the wiper arm from the shaft.
9. With a beard we push two spacer rods for fastening the decorative lining of the cleaner inside the door.
Note. The right rod can rest against the gear motor. From inside the trunk lid, the right rod should be pry off with a screwdriver and removed. Don't lose your rods!
10. Remove the overlay.
11. Remove the protective cover of the nut.
12. On the outside of the door, use a 24 mm spanner to unscrew the nut securing the gearmotor.
13. Using a 10 mm socket wrench, unscrew the two nuts securing the gearmotor from the inside of the trunk lid.
14. We remove the shaft of the gear motor from the hole in the trunk lid and remove the gear motor together with the distance sleeve and the rubber seal.
15. Remove the plastic washer and rubber seal from the outside of the door.
Installation
Install the windshield wiper and all previously removed parts in reverse order.
We drive the spacer rods into the holes of the decorative lining of the cleaner on the front side of the door.
