Additional muffler suspension cushions — replacement (VAZ-2110)

To carry out repair work, an inspection pit or overpass is required.

Sequence of replacement of the pillow

1. We are preparing the vehicle for repair work (see point 26 "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the cushion (rubber) of the additional muffler suspension (first from the muffler bracket, then from the body bracket).



If you cannot remove the cushion from the brackets, first use pliers to bend back the bracket tab of the additional muffler.



3. Install the new cushion (rubber) of the muffler suspension on the car in the reverse order. Bent bracket antennae.
