Note: The work is shown on the left shield. The right shield is removed and installed in the same way.
To complete the job you will need a jack and a stand.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").

2. Remove the front wheel (see "Wheel - replacement"). For insurance, we install a reliable stand under the car.
3. Unscrew the screws securing the shield:
- with a socket wrench by 8 mm four screws (2);
- one self-tapping screw (1) with a Phillips screwdriver.
4. Disengage the shield from the front fender liner and remove the shield.
Installation
We install the shield in the reverse order.
