Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four screws and three self-tapping screws securing the steering column pads.
3. Move the steering column tilt adjustment lever to the lower position.
4. Lower the lower trim and release the wire harnesses from its holder.
5. Remove the lower steering column cover.
6. Lower the steering column to the lower position, remove the upper cover and the rubber sealing ring of the ignition switch (lock).
Installation
We install the steering column pads and the rubber sealing ring of the ignition switch (lock) in the reverse order.
