Radiator lining — design description (VAZ-2108)

It is made, like bumpers, from fine-cell polyurethane foam with the addition of 20% crushed fiberglass and is coated with polyurethane enamel (figure 165). The radiator grille 6 is attached to the body with self-tapping screws 4 (15 pcs.): two screws at the ends of the grille along the lower edges, five at the front of the car and eight at the top. The radiator grille 3 is attached to the grille 6, onto which the brand name 1 is installed.
