Fan mounting details: 1 – nut; 2 – spring washer; 3 – flat washer; 4 – spacer sleeve; 5 – rubber cushion
1. Disconnect the fan motor wires from the bracket on the fan shroud.
2. Unscrew the three mounting nuts and remove the electric motor with the impeller from the casing.
3. Loosen the mounting nut.
4. Remove the impeller from the electric motor.
5. To replace the fan cushions, use a screwdriver to push the spacer out of the cushions.
6. Remove the cushion from the hole in the fan shroud.

7. Install the electric motor with the impeller on the casing in the reverse order of removal.
