Clutch and brake pedals in disassembled form: 1 - pedal axle; 2 - axle bushings; 3 - clutch pedal release spring; 4 - brake pedal release spring; 5 - locking bracket; 6 - brake pedal; 7 - spacer sleeve; 8 - clutch pedal
Attention! If there is a lot of play in the clutch or brake pedals, the pedal axle bushings are worn out and need to be replaced.
Caution: If necessary, also replace broken or stretched pedal return springs.

1. Remove the retaining clip from the clutch pedal pin.

2. Disconnect the cable end from the clutch pedal.

3. Disconnect the clutch pedal return spring from the bracket.

4. Remove the retaining clip from the brake pedal pin.

5. Remove the brake pedal pin.

6. Disconnect the brake pedal return spring from the bracket.

7. Remove the retaining clip from the pedal axle.

8. Pull the pedal axle out of the bracket...

9....and remove the brake pedal with the spacer sleeve from the axle.

10. Finally remove the axle from the bracket together with the clutch pedal. Remove the pedal from the axle and remove the bushings.
11. Install the pedals in the reverse order, having first lubricated the rubbing parts with Litol-24 or LSC-15 grease.
