2. Pry with a screwdriver and remove the protective cap of the hub nut.
3. Unscrew the hub nut, after unlocking it.
When loosening the hub nut, the vehicle must be on the ground!
4. Raise and place the front of the vehicle on stands. Loosen the bolts and remove the wheel.
Loosen and tighten the wheel bolts only with the vehicle on the ground. Bolt tightening torque 65-95 Nm (6.5-9.5 kgf·m).
5. Remove the thrust washer using a screwdriver.
6. Remove the cotter pin from the tie rod ball joint to the swing arm.
7. Loosen the tie rod ball joint nut.
8. Using a puller, press the tie rod ball joint pin out of the strut pivot arm.
9. Remove the two bolts and disconnect the front suspension arm ball joint from the steering knuckle.
10. Pull back the steering knuckle with the rack...
11.... and remove the splined shank of the outer joint from the hub.
12. Using a pry bar, press the inner CV joint shank out of the gearbox (see note 1).
Note 1: If you intend to remove both actuators, after removing one of the actuators, replace it with a process plug in the gearbox (e.g. old inner CV joint) and only then remove the second drive. Otherwise, the side gears of the differential will shift and it will be impossible to insert the CV joints during assembly.
13. Remove the drive shaft.
14. To replace the inner joint seal (see note 2) remove it with a screwdriver from the crankcase of the box and press in a new oil seal until it stops with the working edge inside the box.
Note 2. If during operation traces of oil leakage were noticed at the points of connection of the front wheel drives to the gearbox, it is necessary to replace the oil seals of the internal joints.
