To perform repair work on removing, installing, replacing the stabilizer cushions and struts, you will need an inspection pit or overpass.
Removal
1. Prepare the car for work (see "Preparing a car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the front wheels (see "Wheel - replacement").
3. Using two 17 mm wrenches, unscrew the nut securing the anti-roll bar strut to the lower arm of the front suspension.
4. Using a punch of a suitable diameter, knock the bolt out of the holes in the anti-roll bar and lever.
We also remove the bolt connecting the anti-roll bar to the right suspension arm.
5. Using a 13 mm socket wrench with a short extension, unscrew the two nuts securing the bracket of the left anti-roll bar cushion to the car body.
We also unscrew the nuts securing the bracket of the right stabilizer bar cushion to the car body.
6. Remove the stabilizer bar assembly with the struts and cushions.
7. Remove the stabilizer struts from the rod.
Note: The stabilizer struts can be replaced on the vehicle without removing the bar (after p. 4).
8. By any available means (marker, sticky tape) we mark the installation location of the cushions on the anti-roll bar.
9. Remove the cushion from the stabilizer bar, having first removed the steel bracket from it.

Installation
1. Before installing the cushions, apply a soap solution to the anti-roll bar.
2. Install the anti-roll bar and all removed parts on the vehicle in the reverse order of removal.
