Removing
1. We prepare the car for work (see "Preparing the car for maintenance and repair").
2. Remove the battery (see "Battery - removal and installation").
3. Remove the decorative plastic cap of the left wiper arm nut.
4. Ring wrench by 10 mm unscrew the nut securing the lever.
5. Remove the lever from the shaft and mark it with a marker (right or left).
Advice. If the lever sits tightly on the shaft, then we put the nut on the thread of the shaft and compress the lever with the help of sliding pliers (see "Rear window wiper - removal and installation").
6. Similarly, remove the right lever.
7. With a thin slotted screwdriver, we remove four decorative plugs that cover the screws for the upper mounting of the air intake grille.
8. Remove the sealant partitions of the engine compartment.
9. Using a Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the four self-tapping screws of the upper fastening of the air intake grille and six self-tapping screws of the right and left parts of the engine compartment upholstery to the air intake grille.
10. socket wrench by 10 mm unscrew the two nuts of the right and left fastening of the air intake grille to the body brackets.
11. Disconnect the hose from the windshield washer pump.
12. Pulling the washer hose out of the bulkhead of the engine compartment, remove the air intake grille.
Installation
Install the air intake grille in reverse order. At the same time, we put the wiper arms on the shafts in accordance with the marks.
