You will need: A 17 mm wrench, a screwdriver, a container for draining the oil, engine oil, and a special wrench for removing the oil filter.

The engine crankcase filling volume is 2.5 l.

The list of oils recommended by the manufacturer is given in appendix 2.

Drain the oil after driving, while the engine is still warm. If the engine is cold, start it and warm it up to a temperature of approximately 80°C according to the coolant temperature gauge. It takes at least 15 minutes for the oil to drain completely.

It is recommended to fill in the same brand of oil that was in the engine. If you still decide to change the brand of oil, then flush the engine lubrication system with flushing oil or oil of the brand that will be poured into the engine. To do this, after draining the old oil, fill in new oil to the lower mark of the oil level indicator. Start the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes. Drain the oil and only then replace the oil filter. Now you can fill in new oil to the required level (upper mark on the dipstick).

Unscrew the oil filter with a special key. If you don't have such a key and you can't unscrew the filter by hand, punch a hole in the filter housing with a screwdriver and unscrew the filter using it as a lever. Punch the filter closer to its bottom so as not to damage the nipple on the engine. Screw the drain plug into the engine crankcase.
