Removal and installation the carburetor (VAZ-1111)

Removal and installation are performed only on a cold engine. Loosen the fuel supply hose clamp and remove the hose, as well as the hoses from the vacuum corrector and crankcase exhaust. Disconnect the electrical wire from the electromagnetic shut-off valve, the rod from the throttle actuator lever and the air damper actuator rod. Unscrew the nuts securing the carburetor to the intake pipe and remove the carburetor assembly. Close the inlet opening of the intake pipe with a plug.

The carburetor is installed in the reverse order. After installation, the carburetor control drive is adjusted, the air filter is put in place and the engine idle speed is adjusted (see section. "Engine adjustment").
