- check the condition of the splines in the driven disk hub and on the primary shaft of the gearbox, clean the splines and lubricate them with a thin layer of LSC-15 or SHRUS-4 grease;
- install the clutch, positioning the driven disk with the protruding part of the hub towards the pressure plate and center the driven disk relative to the flywheel with mandrel 1 (67.7853.9597) (figure 76), simulating the splined end of the primary shaft of the gearbox (the primary shaft of the gearbox of previous VAZ models can be used as a mandrel);
- lubricate the bushings and the clutch pedal finger with Litol-24 grease, the clutch release fork socket under the ball joint and the release bearing sleeve with SHRUS-4 grease.
