Noise in the gearbox
Wear of gear teeth - Replace worn parts.
Bearing wear - Replace worn bearings.
Low oil level - Add oil. Replace damaged or worn seals or gaskets if necessary.
Difficulty shifting gears
Incomplete Clutch Disengagement - See Section. "Clutch".
Deformation of the transmission control rod - Straighten the rod or replace it.
Loosening of hinge mounting screws - Tighten screws (see section. "Gearbox assembly").
Worn synchronizers - Replace synchronizers.
Spontaneous gear disengagement
Damage or wear of synchronizers on the gear and clutch - Replace worn and damaged parts.
Increased vibrations of the power unit on the supports due to cracks or delamination of the rubber on the supports - Replace damaged parts.
Failure to engage gears due to incorrect adjustment of the gearshift drive - Adjust the drive (see section. "Gearbox installation").
Noise ("crackling") when gears are engaged

Wear of the synchronizer locking ring of the gear being engaged - Replace the locking ring.
Noise ("creaking") when starting and moving the car (can be heard in the area of the body floor between the seats)
There is no grease in the rear support of the jet thrust - Apply LSC-15 or Litol-24 grease to the rear support of the thrust.
Oil leak
Worn primary shaft seals, axle shafts or gear selector rod - Replace seals.
The crankcase or gearbox cover has become loose or the sealing gaskets are damaged - Tighten the bolts and nuts, replace the gaskets.
