It is recommended to use a special wrench to tighten the brake pipe nuts.
The replacement is shown on the example of a tube from the pressure regulator to the wheel cylinder of the rear left wheel.
Attention! To prevent sudden brake failure, inspect the brake lines regularly. They must not be damaged or severely corroded.
Attention! Loose or broken piping holders cause vibration and consequently breakage of the piping.
1. Unscrew the tip of the brake pipe from the pressure regulator to the rear left wheel.
2. Disconnect the tube from the pressure regulator. Plug the hole in the pressure regulator.
3. Holding the rear wheel brake hose tip by the hexagon with a second wrench, unscrew the tube tip.
4. Disconnect the hose from the tube.
5. Remove the spring clip from the tube. Replace broken bracket.
6. Bend the two mounting brackets on the body.
7. Remove the tube from the five plastic holders. Install a new tube in the reverse order of removal, and bleed the brake hydraulics.
