It is recommended to use a special wrench to tighten the brake pipe nuts.
The brake hose must be flexible, without tears or cracks, and firmly embedded in the tips. The threads of the hose ends must not be damaged. If the hose swells when you press the brake pedal, then the cords are broken. If any of these defects are found, the hose must be replaced.
At "souring" tip, you can cut the hose, and then unscrew its ends from the fitting of the wheel cylinder and the brake pipe. However, to install the hose, you will have to remove the caliper to screw it onto the hose.
1. Holding the hose tip by the hexagon with the second wrench, unscrew the tube tip.
2. Disconnect the hose from the tube.
3. Plug the hole in the tube with the protective cap of the air release valve.
4. Inspect and replace broken spring clip.
5. Remove the brake hose seal from the bracket on the strut.
6. Unscrew the hose from the wheel cylinder fitting.
7. Please note: there is a copper sealing ring on the tip. Replace heavily compressed ring.
8. Install the new hose in the reverse order of removal. At the same time, make sure that it does not twist. For control, a colored strip is applied on the hose.
9. Replace the rear brake hose in the same way. After replacing the hoses, bleed the hydraulic brakes.
