Remove the telescopic stand from the vehicle.
Recommendation: Repairing the shock absorber strut usually does not lead to the desired result, so replace the strut if necessary.

1. Compress the spring with special clamps.

2. Clamp the telescopic stand in a vice.

3. Finally, loosen the shock absorber rod nut, using a second wrench to hold the shock absorber rod from turning.

4. Remove the spring washer...

10. Remove the plain bearing bushing from the cup.

11. Remove the sealing ring from the cup.

12. Remove the thrust washer from the bearing sleeve.

13. Remove the spring. If you need to replace the spring, release it by removing the clamps.

14. Remove the protective cover with the compression stroke buffer from the spring.

15. Remove the compression buffer from the protective housing.

16. Replace the shock absorber strut if you find signs of fluid leakage (slight fogging in the upper part of the rack body is allowed).

17. Lower and raise the shock absorber rod several times until it stops. Make sure that it moves in both directions with resistance, without dips, jamming or knocking. Otherwise, replace the strut.

18. Replace the shock absorber strut or rod if the threaded part is damaged...

20....a protective cover in case of loss of elasticity, separation of rubber from metal reinforcement, presence of cracks and damage...
