Remove the telescopic pole from the vehicle.
Recommendation. Repair of the shock absorber usually does not lead to the desired result, so replace the shock absorber if necessary.
1. Compress the spring with special ties.
2. Clamp the telescopic pole in a vise.
3. Finally unscrew the shock absorber rod nut, holding the shock absorber rod from turning with the second wrench.

10. Remove the plain bearing bush from the cup.
11. Remove the o-ring from the cup.
12. Remove the thrust washer from the bearing bush.
13. Remove the spring. If it is necessary to replace the spring, release it by removing the ties.
14. Take out from a spring a protective casing with the buffer of a course of compression.
15. Remove the compression stroke buffer from the protective cover.
16. Replace the shock absorber if there are signs of fluid leakage (slight fogging is allowed in the upper part of the rack housing).
17. Lower and raise the shock absorber rod several times until it stops. Make sure it moves in both directions with resistance, without dips, sticks or rattles. Otherwise, replace the stand.
18. Replace the shock absorber strut or rod if the threaded part is damaged...

27. Replace the rack mounting bolts with damaged threads.
