Removal the hood

The hood 1 is hung on the body along the front edge and is locked with a lock. The hood lock drive is cable-operated, the handle is located inside the body, on the left side, under the instrument panel. In the open position, the hood is held by a stop 2.
1. To remove the hood, detach the support and unscrew the bolts securing the hinges to the hood.
2. Install in the reverse order. Before finally tightening the hood hinge bolts, adjust the hood so that it is located in the body opening with equal gaps. Enlarged holes in the hood hinges are provided for adjustment.

Hood lock

If the lock does not securely lock the hood or it is difficult to close and open the hood, you need to adjust the position of the lock. To do this, with the hood open:
- outline the contours of the lock body 1 and loosen the fastening nuts;
- move the lock to the desired position, tighten the mounting nuts and check the installation of the lock.
