2. Clean the mating surfaces of the cylinder head and camshaft oil seal holder from old gasket residue, dirt and oil. Apply to the surface of the cylinder head mating with the stuffing box holder KLT-75TM sealant or a similar TV-1215 type sealant from the company "Three Bond".
Attention! It is allowed to start the engine 1 hour after applying the liquid gasket.
3. Check if the mark on the crankshaft pulley is against the long mark on the middle camshaft belt guard.
4. Turn the camshaft so that the marks on the pulley and bearing housing are aligned as shown in the figure (see clause 21. subsection 4.4). Without knocking down the position of the shaft, secure the assembled bearing housing to the cylinder head by tightening the nuts in the sequence shown in the figure in clause 22. subsection 4.4.
5. Put the belt on the camshaft pulley. Install the idler bracket spring. Gently turn the crankshaft two turns while keeping the belt under constant tension and not loosening the belt when the crankshaft stops. Tighten the idler pulley bracket bolts.
6. Check label match (see pictures in 21. and clause 24. subsection 4.4). If the marks do not match, then reinstall the belt. Adjust the clearance between the camshaft cams and the valve actuating levers.
7. Install the cylinder head cover with gasket and fuel line bracket. Tighten the cover nuts in the sequence shown in the figure in clause 29. subsection 4.4. Install the upper protective cover of the camshaft belt drive.
8. Attach the starter guard and exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold.
9. Connect the hoses to the carburetor, intake manifold, cylinder head coolant jacket outlet, and heater fluid supply pipe.
10. Connect the throttle linkage to the intermediate lever on the cylinder head cover. Connect the choke cable to the carburetor.
11. Attach the removed wires and fill the cooling system with liquid. Check and adjust the ignition timing.
