When disassembling the pump, unscrew the cover mounting bolt 5 (see figure 14), remove the cover and take out the fuel filter 2 of the pump. Then unscrew the screws securing the upper housing 3 of the pump and the lower housing 13 and disconnect them. Having turned the diaphragm assembly by 90°, take out the assembly and the spring.
If necessary, press out the axle and remove balancer 11, lever 12 and balancer spring. Unscrew rod nut 7 and remove the pump diaphragms.
The pump assembly is carried out in the reverse order. When installing the diaphragms, pay attention to the correct location of the holes relative to the holes of the lower pump body.
