Attention! Do not operate the vehicle with defective suspension parts: this impairs handling and negatively affects traffic safety.
Attention! Replace torn, cracked, or loose boot guards, otherwise dirt, dust, and water will quickly damage the ball joints.
1. Check up a condition of protective covers of spherical hinges of a forward suspension bracket. If the boots are torn, cracked, or the rubber has lost elasticity, replace the hinge assembly.
2. Inspect the suspension arms and extensions. If they are cracked or bent, replace these parts.
3. Inspect the anti-roll bar. The bent rod needs to be replaced. Replace torn or cracked cushions, as well as those with broken stabilizer bar connections.
4. Check the condition of the stabilizer bar pads. Replace pads with a broken stabilizer bar hole or bulging out on one side, or if they are torn or cracked.
5. Inspect the rubber-metal hinges of the front...
6....and rear suspension. Replace hinges with torn, cracked, or bulging rubber on one side.
7. Check the axial play in the lever pivot. To do this, vigorously shake the lever along the hinge axis with the pry bar. If there is play, replace the joint.
8. Inspect the rear shock absorber lower mount bushings. Replace bushings that are torn, cracked, or bulged out on one side.
9. Check up a condition of a protective casing of the shock-absorber. If the cover is torn, replace it.
