Fully open damper.
1. Loosen the bolt securing the rod to the air damper drive lever.
2. Turn the choke lever so that it is fully open.
3. Press the air damper control knob on the instrument panel all the way down.
4. Pull the rod completely out of the housing and tighten the rod mounting bolt to the air damper drive lever.
5. Pull the choke drive handle all the way out. The choke should close completely. If this does not happen...
6....unscrew the traction casing mounting bolt.
7. Move the shell until the throttle valve is completely closed. Then tighten the shell mounting bolt.
