Attention! When removing and disassembling the carburetor, do not smoke or use open fire!
1. Disconnect the air damper linkage.
2. Remove the accelerator drive return spring.
3. Remove the spring clip on the accelerator drive sector by prying it off with a screwdriver.
4. Remove the accelerator drive cable from the throttle drive sector.
5. Disconnect the wire connector from the idle speed control valve.

6. Disconnect the sensor wire block - the idle speed control screw.
7. Disconnect the fuel supply hose and the fuel return hose from the carburetor.
8. Loosen the mounting screw and remove the carburetor heating unit.
9. Remove the crankcase ventilation hose from the fitting.
10. Disconnect the vacuum line from the carburetor.
11. Unscrew the four carburetor mounting nuts.
12. Carefully remove the carburetor.
14. Install the carburetor in the reverse order of removal. After installation, adjust the carburetor (see subsections 11.3.5., 11.3.6., 11.3.7., 11.3.8., 11.3.9.).
13. Cover the outlet pipe opening with a clean cloth or paper.
