Before adjustment, check the condition of the actuator diaphragm by unscrewing the four screws and removing the cover. Replace defective diaphragm.
Starting gaps, mm: | |
carburetor 21081–1107010: air damper throttle valve of the first chamber | 2,7 1 |
carburetor 21083–1107010: air damper throttle valve of the first chamber | 2,5±0,2 1,1±0,05 |
Note. Starting gaps can be measured with a drill of the appropriate diameter.
1. Turn the choke lever counterclockwise until it stops. In this case, the air damper should close completely.
2. Press the starter rod all the way. The air damper should open slightly (3,0±0,2) mm (air damper starting clearance for carburetor 2108-1107010).
3. If the starting clearance of the air damper differs from the specified, loosen the lock nut and...
4....adjust it with a screw. When the screw is turned out, the gap increases, and when it is screwed in, it decreases.
5. Completely close the air damper. In this case, the throttle valve of the first chamber should be ajar by 0.85 mm (starting clearance of the throttle valve of the first chamber for the carburetor 2108-1107010).
6. If the starting clearance of the throttle valve of the first chamber differs from the specified one, adjust it with the adjusting screw for slightly opening the throttle valve of the first chamber. When the screw is turned out, the starting gap decreases, when it is screwed in, it increases.
