Attention! Adjustment of the second chamber locking mechanism is carried out with the carburetor removed.
1. Turn the air damper drive lever counterclockwise until it stops. The air damper should be completely closed.
2. Turn the throttle actuator lever until the first chamber throttle valve is fully open. The second chamber throttle valve should be fully closed.
3. Turn the choke lever clockwise until it stops. The choke should be fully open.
4. Turn the throttle actuator lever until the first and second chamber throttle valves are fully open.
5. If the second chamber throttle valve does not open, troubleshoot the problem. Most often, it is caused by the second chamber lock lever being stuck or the lock lever spring being disconnected.
