

Note. The manufacturer recommends making a template to adjust the fuel level. Place the carburetor cover horizontally with the floats facing up and install the template on it. There should be a gap of no more than 1.0 mm between the template and the floats along the contour. If the gap is uneven or differs from the specified value, adjust it by bending the tongue or float levers.

1. Remove the five screws securing the carburetor cover.

2. Remove the carburetor cover.

3. Turn the lid over and place it horizontally (floats up). The gaps between the projections on the lower surfaces of the floats and the gasket tightly pressed against the mating surface of the cover should be the same for both floats and be 0.5–1 mm. At the same time, on a vertically turned cover, the mold joint lines on the floats should be parallel to the cover surface.

4. If the lines from the mold connectors are not parallel to the surface of the cover, and the gaps between the floats and the gasket are not normal or are not the same, adjust them by bending the float levers and...
