Removal
On engines 2112, 21114 and 21124 remove the decorative engine cover (see "Engine trim - removal and installation").
On engines 2112 and 21124:
1. Remove the protective cover from the sensor and disconnect the wire tip from the sensor output.
2. With a socket wrench by 21 mm we unscrew the sensor and remove it.
On engines 2111 and 21114:
1. Remove the protective cover from the sensor and disconnect the wire tip from the sensor output.
2. With a spanner by 21 mm we unscrew the sensor and remove it.
Note: The sensor can only be checked on a special stand or by replacing it with a known good one
Installation
We install the emergency oil pressure sensor in the reverse order.

Start the engine and make sure there are no oil leaks from under the sensor. If necessary, replace the aluminum sensor sealing ring.
