Remove the gearbox (see subsection 11.1.1.), clutch release bearing (see subsection 11.2.2.) and the clutch release fork (see subsection 11.2.3.).
To check the condition of the guide bushing, install the coupling with the clutch release bearing assembly on it and move it along the bushing several times. The coupling should move easily, without jamming or distortion. Replace the guide bushing if the coupling on it is noticeably distorted. The ball joint of the clutch release fork must be replaced if the ball has an irregular shape due to wear.
1. Remove the two guide bushing mounting bolts.
2. Please note: There are spring washers under the bolt heads.
3. Through the hole in the clutch housing under the fork, unscrew the ball joint, which is also the third bolt securing the bushing.
4. Please note: there is a spring washer installed under the support hexagon.
5. Remove the guide bushing.
6. Install the new bushing in the reverse order of removal. The ball joint should be opposite the hole in the crankcase for the fork.
