Remove the gearbox (see subsection 11.1.1.), clutch release bearing (see subsection 11.2.2.) and clutch release fork (see subsection 11.2.3.).
To check the condition of the guide bushing, install the clutch with clutch release bearing assembly on it and move it along the bushing several times. The coupling should move easily, without jamming and distortion. Replace the guide bushing if the coupling on it is noticeably warped. The ball joint of the clutch release fork must be replaced if the ball has an irregular shape as a result of wear.
1. Loosen the two guide bushing bolts.
2. Please note: spring washers are installed under the bolt heads.
3. Through the hole in the clutch housing under the fork, unscrew the ball joint, which is also the third bolt securing the sleeve.
4. Please note: a spring washer is installed under the hexagon of the support.
5. Remove the guide bush.
6. Install the new bushing in the reverse order of removal. In this case, the ball joint should be opposite the hole in the crankcase for the fork.
