Do not exceed the vehicle load specified in the manual. Overloading causes damage to the front suspension elements, bending of the rear axle beam, premature tire wear, body vibration and loss of vehicle stability. The weight of the cargo with the luggage rack installed on the roof of the car must not exceed 50 kg without exceeding the payload.
The soft suspension of the car absorbs vibrations well even when driving fast on rough roads. However, sharp impacts can deform the axles of the lower arms and damage other parts of the vehicle's undercarriage. Therefore, when driving on such roads, do not develop high speed.
Regularly check the condition of the protective rubber boots of the ball joints and the protective caps of the steering rod joints. If the cover or cap is damaged, then water and dirt penetrate into the hinge, which causes its increased wear and destruction. Replace a damaged case or cap with a new one.
To lubricate units and assemblies, fill the fuel tank, use materials recommended by the factory (see annex 1). Failure to comply with this recommendation will result in premature failure of the vehicle units.
Do not engage the starter while the engine is running. Doing so may break the teeth of the drive gear or flywheel.
It is not allowed to move the car with the help of a starter. Start the vehicle in first gear with the parking brake lever fully released. Remember that exhaust gases are poisonous. Therefore, the room where the engine is started and warmed up must be well ventilated.
In the cold season, before turning on the windshield wipers, make sure that the brushes are not frozen to the windows. Failure to comply with this recommendation can lead not only to breakage of the brushes, but also to the failure of their electric drives.
Do not operate the vehicle with the low oil pressure warning light on. It is allowed to light up the signaling device at the minimum frequency of rotation of the crankshaft in the idling mode. When the frequency increases, the signaling device should go out. The signaling device lighting up in the engine operating modes indicates insufficient pressure in the lubrication system.
Never allow the engine to operate at a crankshaft speed at which the tachometer needle is in the red zone of the scale. The tachometer needle R in the yellow zone indicates that the crankshaft speed is approaching the maximum allowable.
Operating tires with pressures other than those recommended will result in premature tire wear and poor vehicle stability and controllability.
Constantly monitor the cleanliness of the battery terminals and clamps and the reliability of their connections. Remember that the oxidation of terminals and clamps, as well as their careless connection, cause sparking at the place of unreliable contact, which can lead to failure of the car's electronic equipment. For the same reason, it is not allowed to check the operability of the generator with the engine running by removing the clamps from the battery.
Dismantling of high-voltage wires from devices of the ignition system should be carried out only by the protective cap. Dismantling by the high-voltage wire is not allowed!
When installing the battery on the car, make sure that the wires are connected in accordance with the polarity indicated on their tips and battery terminals (positive terminal is greater than negative).
When charging the battery directly on the vehicle from an external source of current, be sure to disconnect it from the generator. The battery is connected to the terminal "30" alternator positive wire (tip "+").
Lighting up the lamp "Check engine" when the engine is running, indicates a malfunction. At the same time, the electronic engine management system automatically switches to emergency operation, which ensures the possibility of further movement of the car. To eliminate the malfunction, contact a certified PTO as soon as possible.
ATTENTION! A fuel injected engine with a catalytic converter and an oxygen sensor works properly if only unleaded gasoline is used. Leaded gasoline in a short time puts these elements out of action, smoky exhaust appears, fuel consumption increases sharply and the dynamics of the car worsens.
The catalytic converter is an expensive component that ensures environmental protection. The catalytic converter can also fail in the event of a misfire in the ignition system, because in this case the fuel will ignite in the catalytic converter and the temperature in it will rise sharply, which will cause cracks in the ceramic block.
When misfiring occurs (Interruptions in the engine and twitching when driving) you need to stop moving, turn off the engine and take measures to eliminate gaps.
To avoid failure of the converter, do not start the engine by towing the car and in no case use the starter to move the car.
ATTENTION! Due to the fact that the converter located under the bottom of the car has a high temperature, when parking the car, make sure that there is no dry grass or other combustible material under the converter (rags, wood shavings, etc.).
On a vehicle with a diesel engine, do not run out of the fuel tank to avoid damage to the high pressure fuel pump.
