Do not drive fast on uneven roads, as sharp impacts can deform suspension and body parts.
The condition of the protective rubber covers of the steering rack, ball bearings, gear shift rod, front wheel drive joints, as well as protective caps of the steering rod joints is regularly checked. If the case or cap is damaged, improperly installed or twisted, then dust, water and dirt will penetrate into the hinge or mechanism, which will cause increased wear and destruction. Therefore, immediately replace a damaged cover or cap with a new one, and correct it if it is incorrectly installed or twisted.
ATTENTION! To lubricate the engine and gearbox, use only oils recommended by the factory (see annex 1). The use of other oils may cause premature wear or damage to these units.
The vehicle engine is designed to use gasoline with an octane rating not lower than specified in annex 1. Operating the car on gasoline with a lower octane number will lead to its failure!
It is not allowed to use the starter to start the movement of the car. Start driving only in first gear.
Warning! Exhaust gases are poisonous! Therefore, the room in which the engine is started and warmed up must be well ventilated.
A characteristic feature of the engine is its low noise. To avoid running the engine at high speeds when the car is moving, shift gears in a timely manner. This will extend the life of the engine and reduce fuel consumption.
Remember to check your tire pressure regularly, as running tires at pressures other than those recommended will result in premature tire wear, increased fuel consumption, and poor vehicle stability and controllability.
The car is equipped with a clutch, in the drive of which there are no gaps. In this regard, in order to avoid slipping of the clutch, after shifting the gear and engaging the clutch, take your foot off the pedal. Do not keep your foot on the clutch pedal while driving.
During the operation of the car, natural wear of the friction linings of the clutch disc occurs (pedal travel increases), so it is possible to change the height position of the clutch pedal. This is a normal operational process, which is monitored and regulated during scheduled maintenance in accordance with the list of works specified in the service book. Wear of the friction linings of the clutch disc (and, as a result, the height of the pedal) depends on driving style. If the pedal travel exceeds the allowable value (see table. eleven), additional adjustment is required on certified PSSS.
Constantly monitor the cleanliness of the terminals and clamps of the battery and the reliability of their connection. Remember that oxidation of the terminals and clamps, as well as an unreliable connection, cause sparking at the place of unreliable contact, which can lead to failure of the car's electronic equipment. It is also not allowed to check the operability of the generator with the engine running by removing the clamps from the battery.
Warning! The vehicle has a high energy ignition system. Therefore, when the engine is running, touching the elements of the ignition system is dangerous.
In addition, it is not recommended to check high voltage circuits «for a spark», as this can lead to failure of the elements of the ignition system. When servicing a car, the reliability of the connections of high-voltage wires with coils and spark plugs is checked.
Dismantling of high-voltage wires from devices of the ignition system should be carried out only by the protective cap. Dismantling by the high-voltage wire is not allowed!
To avoid discharging the battery when the engine is not running, do not leave the key in the ignition switch for a long time.
Avoid sudden opening of doors at the end of their travel. Do not leave the doors open at a stop in strong winds to avoid deformation of the front edges of the doors.
In winter, when a layer of ice or snow on the sliding windows makes it difficult to move them, do not use excessive force when turning the knob, so as not to damage the window mechanism. If your car has power windows, to prevent their failure, be sure to clean the door glass from ice and snow.
