Nozzle
The nozzle is non-disassemblable. When removing the nozzle, be careful not to damage the electrical connector and the spray nozzle.
Attention! It is prohibited to clean and wash the nozzle with gasoline or other detergents.
Replace the injector sealing gaskets with new ones. If there are deposits on the injector filters (large diameter - purge filter, small diameter - intake filter), blow them out with compressed air and flush the fuel tank and fuel lines.
When installing the injector onto the thread of the holder mounting screw, apply sealant.
Fuel pressure regulator
The spring under the regulator cover is in a compressed state, so be careful when unscrewing the cover mounting screws.
After removing the regulator, check the condition of the valve seat, use a magnifying glass if necessary. The seat should not have any chipping, dents or uneven surfaces. If any of these defects are present, replace the entire fuel supply housing of the central injection unit.
It is recommended to replace the valve diaphragm with a new one after each disassembly. Apply sealant to the threads of the regulator cover mounting screws during assembly.
Caution! When installing the fuel pressure regulator, do not allow the diaphragm to become distorted.
Fuel supply housing of the central injection unit
When assembling the central injection unit, it is recommended to replace the gasket between the fuel supply and throttle valve housings with a new one. Align the cutouts in the gasket with the holes in the throttle valve housing. Apply sealant to the threads of the housing fastening screws.
Throttle position sensor
When installing the sensor, set the throttle valve to the closed position and, turning the sensor counterclockwise, align the flats of the shaft with the sensor drive. Tighten the mounting screws.

Caution! Do not clean or wash the throttle position sensor and idle speed control valve with gasoline or other detergents.
Idle speed control valve
Replace the sealing gaskets with new ones. The regulator has a cone valve with a diameter of 10 mm. If replacement is required, use a new valve of the appropriate model.
Before installing the governor to the throttle body, check the distance from the mounting flange to the end point of the governor valve. If the valve is too far out, it may cause damage to the governor.
The distance should be less than 23 mm. If the new regulator has a distance greater than 23 mm, you can use your hand to push the valve from side to side into the regulator.
In the case of a used regulator, it is not allowed to press the valve manually, so as not to disable the regulator. For this purpose, it is necessary to use a diagnostic device or a special monitor.
After installing the idle speed control valve and the central injection unit, connect the diagnostic tool to the diagnostic connector and command the electronic control unit to reset the idle speed control valve parameters.
Throttle body
When assembling the central fuel injection unit, it is recommended to replace the fuel supply housing sealing gasket with a new one.
Clean the surfaces of the throttle body and vacuum hose housing from the old gasket material. Replace the gasket with a new one.
