To disassemble, press the toothed pulley 9 (see figure 8) of the pump. Unscrew the locking screw 1 and press out the shaft 5 together with the impeller 4, bearing 8 and seal. Remove the seal. If necessary, press out the impeller.
When assembling the pump, install the seal into the pump body without distortion using a mandrel. Press in the shaft with the bearing so that the socket of the locking screw 1 coincides with the hole in the pump body. Tighten the locking screw of the bearing and calk the contours of the socket to prevent the screw from loosening. Then press in the impeller 4 and toothed pulley 9, maintaining the dimensions of 52±0.5 mm and 49.8-0,2 mm, indicated on figure 8. Before pressing the pulley, heat it up to 150-200°C. After the pulley has cooled, attach the pump to the impeller and check the reliability of the pulley connection on the shaft by applying a torque of 2.5 kgf·m to the pulley. The pulley should not turn.
