For disassembly, fix the cover 9 (see fig. 10) pump in a vice and unscrew the plug 6 of the pressure reducing valve. The spring 5 and valve 4 are taken out. The screws securing the pump housing 1 with the cover are unscrewed, they are disconnected and the drive 3 and driven 2 gears are removed. The self-clamping oil seal 8 of the crankshaft is pressed out from the cover.
Before assembling the pump, lubricate the gears with engine oil, the housing in the gear area, the sealing rubber ring 10 of the oil receiver tube and the pressure reducing valve 4. Lubricate the outer diameter of the stuffing box with engine oil and press it in until it stops (so that the sealing lip does not touch the old place). Then, the cover is carefully fixed in a vice, gears are installed in the body 1, KLT-75T liquid sealant is applied to the surface of the body mating with the cover, and the body with the cover is fixed with screws. Install the pressure reducing valve 4, the valve spring and wrap the plug 6. Before installing the plug, be sure to put a sealing aluminum ring 7 under it with a thickness of 1.5±0.2 mm.
After assembling the pump, the gears, when turned by hand, should rotate smoothly and without jamming.
